    Our Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Nurses are a critical part of our team, who provide care, compassion, and treatment to our residents to ensure their comprehensive needs are met.

    Our Licensed Practical Nurses/ Registered Nurses:
    Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our residents.
    Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
    Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
    Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
    Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
    Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
    Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
    Other duties as assigned.

    What you need to succeed

    Be a graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
    Have an active LPN or RN license in the state, in good standing
    Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (2 years or more) preferred.
    Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
    Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members
    Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
    Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents


    Physical Requirements:
