The Education Coordinator supports the implementation and delivery of education programs for pre-analytic specimen processing staff.Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for pre-analytic workflows
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new specimen processing staff
- Assist with development and updating of training materials, SOPs, and job aids
- Maintain accurate training records
