    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Update various print and media materials.
    2. Assist with website content and layout updates.
    3. Update contact information for schools, media and contractors.
    4. Assist with the distribution of education grant and scholarship related materials to schools.
    5. Assist with the regional member meeting planning and RSVP process.
    6. Create screen saver images for upcoming months.
    7. Create and schedule social media posts to coordinate with marketing efforts and holidays.
    8. Assist in the creation of marketing related and safety related videos.
    9. Assist with the annual meeting preparation and day of event tasks.
    10. Will be given special projects and all other duties as assigned.
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    No direct reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
    2. Pursuing Marketing, Communications, or similar collegiate study preferred
    3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and iOS. Proficiency operating a personal computer as well as the ability to compile spreadsheets, documents and forms.
    4. Valid driver's license.
    5. 18 years of age or older
    WORK CONDITIONS

    Work performed indoors will occur within an office setting utilizing a number of technological devices such as a telephone, Smartphone, iPad, personal computer, etc. Working conditions include the ability to walk, sit, and stand throughout the day and to communicate with members. Occasional travel inside the cooperative service territory to assist with projects.
