Vaco is partnering with a PE-Backed Manufacturing company based in Boulder, Colorado, to find a strong Senior Controller to join their rapidly growing team.

This company is experiencing incredible growth and the Controller will report directly to the CFO to help continue to scale the operation.

Expected Compensation:
$160 - $180K base Bonus

Expected Responsibilities:

Oversee full organizational accounting operations including month-end close, financial statement preparation and monthly reporting, AP/AR, cash management, annual audit process, GAAP compliance and internal controlsStructure and automate accounting procedures for the business unit.

This job will require a lot of day-to-day accounting at first.
Manage and mentor full-time and temp employees in the areas of accounting, clerical and administrative.

Assist with and drive new ERP implementationQualifications:
