    gpac is working withis an AV-rated law firm by Martindale-Hubbell(R) Law Directory offering top quality legal services to its clients throughout Florida. The firm provides legal services in all areas of insurance defense litigation from Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability and Construction Litigation. They are looking to add general liability/insurance defense lawyers to their team.

    Position Details:

    • Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
    • Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages.
    • Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
    • Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct legal research.

    Qualifications:

    • 4 years of civil litigation experience. Litigation experience preferred in Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability and Construction Litigation
    • Ability to handle files from inception to trial
    • Experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.
    • Strong academic credentials
    • Excellent research and writing abilities
    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
    • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
