- Performing basic accounting procedures
- Support accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and data entry
- Prepare journal entries to multiple entity ledgers
- Perform monthly bank and general ledge reconciliations
- Provide detailed analysis and explanations of transactions and variances
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Monthly reporting to banks and/or investors
- File sales tax returns
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with additional projects and duties as needed
- All other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Finance, Business, or related field; preferred
- 2+ years progressive accounting experience; preferred
- Strong computer aptitude, intermediate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as applicable accounting software
- Problem Solving: identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as skillfully gather and analyze information
