- Defines BI standards, guidelines and best practices for business groups and technical teams; Creates processes and implements governance models around BI systems and data.

The Business Intelligence Manager will work directly with a team of developers ensuring the data is properly received, transformed, stored, and accessible, and makes sure that the developers have all the BI tools to deliver business intelligence solutions. This role also works with the business to understand their needs and the most optimal way to effectively communicate our data, it Shields Data Analysts/Developers from being bombarded with reporting and visualization requests.
This role works closely with the Sr. Manager of BI and Director BI and Strategic Analytics in understanding each business unit in order to provide best in class BI solutions.
