    Description Under supervision, provides professional-level business support to the Executive Office, which requires exercise of independent judgment and initiative, time management and understanding of the agency processes, policy, and procedure.

    Provides business support for the daily operation, management, and planning of the President's needs. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of expense reports including travel expenses, purchase orders and accounts payable vouchers. Coordinates meetings and assists in the preparation of agendas, presentations, and other materials. Assists in the coordination of agency-wide meetings and events. Researches, analyzes, organizes, and documents information as directed. The Business Support Analyst works closely with and reports to the Executive Office Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepares, submits, and archives all accounting forms and associated documentation (travel expenses, credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, accounts payable vouchers, etc.).
    • Coordinates meetings for President and Staff and assists in the creation of agendas and other supporting materials.
    • Coordinates the President's travel plans and conference registrations.
    • Creates and maintains business workflows to improve the efficiency.
    • Serves as liaison for internal and external stakeholders to the Executive Office.
    • Uses sound judgment to respond appropriately to internal and external contacts.
    • Maintains office supplies inventory and orders/reorders items, as necessary.
    • Manage GSFC/GSFA/GHEAC Board of Commissioners quarterly meetings.
    • Manage REACH Georgia Foundation Board of Directors meetings.
    • Plans agency-wide events, meetings, presentations, and run of show.
    • Post necessary updates on and The HUB.
    • Accurately reports information conveyed at meetings, conferences, and training sessions to supervisor in a timely manner.
    • May assist in preparing and developing processing goals, objectives, plans, budgets, and/or applications by researching and organizing requested documentation.
    • Manage and track Employee Recognition Programs.
    • Process Executive Office mail, faxes, and phone calls. BASIC Qualifications The following standards express the minimum background of education and experience as evidence of an applicant's ability to qualify for the position. Any combination of education and experience, if evaluated as equivalent, may qualify an applicant for this specific position.

    The following qualifications are acceptable :

    Associate degree from an accredited college or university AND two years of related experience OR four years of related experience.

    Experience in Windows operating system using Microsoft Word and Excel software. Competency in managing time requirements and appropriately evaluates own progress toward completion of work goal. Advance level of verbal and written communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications Experience related to the program or service provided by the organizational unit or more than five years professional-level support experience.
