    The Role:


    The Product Manager for UI/UX in Enterprise AI Solutions is pivotal in blending product management, technical expertise, and user experience insight.

    Tasked with leading the UI/UX roadmap, this role calls for a thorough understanding of UI/UX technologies, current market trends, and a customer-focused AI approach to ensure product excellence and market leadership.


    This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.


    Responsibilities :


    Gather and integrate UI/UX feedback from internal Product Managers, UI Designers, customers, and prospects to create a comprehensive product backlog.

    Analyze User experience related tech debt, identify the area for improvement that has large impact with minimal impact.
    Write detailed product specifications for engineering and data science teams to ensure UI/UX consistency across all products.

    Conduct in-depth market analysis in IT Operations, Cloud Operations, and Service Operations, focusing on UI/UX and AI trends to bolster our competitive position in user experience.

    Assume full responsibility for the UI/UX domain, overseeing everything from idea generation to production.
    Establish and communicate a shared UI/UX vision across the company, building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
    Develop and deliver Product UX/UI roadmaps that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    Enable Customer Success teams in go-lives and continuous improvement.
    Collaborate with the Marketing team on go-to-market (GTM) product assets.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience in developing and launching products/technologies in AI, Cloud, SaaS, RPA, or Enterprise Applications.
    Familiarity with various Enterprise UI/UX technologies and frameworks.

    Proven capability in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions with background in IT, HR, CRM, or AI solutions.

    Experience in creating strategic UI/UX platform roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams.
    Experience creating strategic UI/UX platform roadmap, working with cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support, Pre-Sales and Marketing.
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (front engineering background preferred).


    Preferred Qualifications :
    Startup experience
    Enterprise UX/UI experience for AI-based SaaS solutions.
    Domain expertise in IT, HR or Customer Support is a plus
