    Healing Haven is currently looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to conduct assessments and provide therapy for children with physical and cognitive challenges!


    We are a modern behavioral clinic specialized in autism therapy for children and families, offering therapy in a naturalistic setting on a unique campus to support children aged 2-16 in all stages of development. Each clinic is designed to cater to the specific needs of the age group it serves. Healing Haven provides a comprehensive approach, including ABA Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, along with other services like a parent training clinic, Counseling, and Autism Testing and Evaluation. Emphasizing holistic care, we involve siblings and parents in the therapy process.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments for program placement and progress tracking
    • Develop curriculum and supervise programs
    • Create customized occupational therapy plans with data analysis
    • Facilitate parent meetings and ensure consistency between home and clinic
    • Collaborate with professionals for quality care
    • Stay updated on research and methodologies
    • Other duties as an Occupational Therapist
    Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Current State of MI Occupational Therapist License
    • Knowledge of behavior analysis and autism is a plus
    • Ability to maintain billable hours
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Effective communication skills
    • Credential to bill insurances is a plus


    Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
