    Description

    Jack in the Box is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Shift Manager to join the team in Redlands, CA. Shift Managers play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities by guiding their teams towards success. A dedicated Shift Manager will maintain operational efficiency and readily jump in to support their team whenever necessary.

    Requirements:
    - Leading shifts weekly to ensure customers receive prompt, precise, and friendly service on each visit.
    - Providing guidance to crew members and fellow managers to uphold high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
    - Performing various tasks, including shift planning, performance monitoring, ensuring team compliance with restaurant standards, supervising safety and profitability, and collaborating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a successful shift handover.
    - Setting and achieving targets during shifts while assisting assigned teams in reaching their objectives.
