- Maintaining the operational readiness, appearance, and functional flow of the physical office common area (i.e., Pantry, Workroom, Huddle Booths, Conference Rooms, Reception Area)
- Professionally greeting and assisting guests, managing incoming communications, and handling deliveries/ mail with efficiency.
- Maintaining the inventory management process, including regular ordering, reconciliation, and budgeting for pantry and office supplies.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels, organizing storage spaces, and coordinating with operations management to address inventory concerns. (i.e., Business Operations Manager)
- Collaborating with the BizOps team to maintain up-to-date office directories and floorplans and assist with workspace readiness for new hires.
- Partnering with Operations to monitor and enhance the office experience based on staff feedback and survey reviews
- Maintaining passwords for online subscriptions
- Supporting security efforts by activating and deactivating staff access fobs and updating visitor records as needed
- Placing work orders to solve any issues that may arise regarding our physical space
- Performing other job-related duties as requested
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Have the desire to show Third Way at its best through team collaboration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Experience with inventory management and office support services
- Have strong computer skills, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
