    Description
    Director of Sales and Marketing responsibilities: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.

    In addition to managing staff, the Sales and Marketing Director's job responsibilities include researching, developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.

    Accomplish marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
    Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
    Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives.
    Prepare and complete marketing action plan.
    Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
    Develop annual sales quotas for regions/product lines.
    Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
    Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans.
    Manage business advertising efforts including Google AdWords, Facebook and local print media.
    Utilize expertise to select appropriate technologies for target communication; manage messaging/design initiatives.
    Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
    Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
    Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    Travel to train and support staff, while building relationships in key product lines.

    Experience leading a hybrid remote team.
    Proven ability to grow a sales team, diversify portfolio's and meet expectations for growth.
    Skilled in Salesforce.
    Ability to work under pressure.
    Strong closing skills.
    Ability to represent multiple product lines.
    Pro-active and good listener.
    Great written and verbal communication skills.

    Must be willing to travel.
    Salary Description $70,000 - $80,000
