Job Description:

Join our client's forefront health services team as a Hospice Registered Nurse, where they've been leading in business and technological advancements within home health and hospice care for over twenty years.

We are looking for a dedicated professional in West View, PA, to provide comprehensive patient care, support local patients, and ensure the timeliness of medical charting.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
At least one year of experience with TruChart EHR, EMR, or similar electronic systems.
Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospice care.
Must have a driving license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboratively manage and deliver patient care plans.
Support patients in West View, PA, and the surrounding area.
Meet critical deadlines for charting and reporting.
Independently manage time and scheduling.
Proficient in the use of tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Schedule and Shift Details:

40 hours per week, mainly day shifts with some oncall duties.

Travel:

Local travel within the job territory is required.
