The Director of Operations, Valley Wing

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily Front Office and F&B operations of the Valley Wing.

Ensuring consistent adherence to the required service and product standards.

Performing additional tasks assigned by EAM-Rooms or Director of Rooms.

Ensuring work process and performance compliance with Company practices, policies, Shangri-La Experience, and Service Standards.

Managing and actively supervising the Front Office and F&B operations in the Valley Wing.

Ensuring VIP, Suite guests & repeat guests preferences are collected, recorded, and acted upon.
