Remote Support Engineer at Insight Global in Garden City, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a technical support specialist to join their team.

On the day-to-day the candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment handling inbound technical service requests.

Inbound calls can range between 10-20 calls a day from 15 minutes long to 2 hours long in length depending on the issue.

The candidate will support these technical requests via phone, email, or chat. Support will be for commercial and high-end printers from many product lines.

The purpose of the role is to provide remote solutions that minimize our customers down time by avoiding wait and travel time necessary for onsite service.

Customer service and high-level communication is at the utmost importance for this position. You will be expected to maintain accurate documentation and be on top of follow up with customers as well.

Skills and Requirements 2+ years of call center experience Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Technical call center experience Ability to troubleshoot various hardware or software issues.
