- BS / BA Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred.
- Several years' accounting and finance leadership experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Must have the ability to develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Responsible for maintenance and integrity of income statement and balance sheet including accuracy of recording to the general ledger, posting and reconciliation.
- Development and maintenance of sufficient internal controls and reviews to ensure integrity of statements.
- Work cross functionally initiating change, innovation, and development of direct reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Excel.
