• Actively licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  
• Continuous learner curious about creating and developing solutions for our clients

What Youll Do:

1. As a Trust & Estates Attorney, youll advise fiduciaries in probate pleadings and trust administration matters.
   
2. Youll draft and administrate estate plans.
   
3. Beyond that, youll review trust and fiduciary accounting for attorney-trustees.
   

What Your Impact Is:

• Youll work with high-net-worth clients on some of the largest estates in the state and country.
  
• Your personalized plans will help clients avoid lengthy and costly probate processes.
  
• Youll preserve the legacies of our Clients and protect their loved ones from predators.
  

Requirements

Youre a STRONG FIT if you have 6+years of experience in estate planning and trust & probate administration.

Note: You must have an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be licensed to practice law in Texas.
