    This Program Manager opportunity will work within Medica's Health Services division, supporting optimization efforts for clinical systems and integrations. Our Program Manager will be accountable to work with matrixed and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business outcomes and represent the voice of the customer by providing domain knowledge and expertise to drive business outcomes, including the coordination of people, process and technology.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Participates in strategic roadmap planning - at the enterprise, Agile Release Train (ART) and functional level
    • Responsible to collaboratively steer the ART to develop the right solutions to meet business objectives within organizational constraints
    • Actively participate and provide business leadership in SAFe events including but not limited to Portfolio Syncs, Epic / Feature decomposition, PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops, etc.
    • Ensures solutions for value stream are in compliance with Medica policies, government regulatory & legislative requirements
    • Accountable for understanding and communicating constituent impacts to all changes as a result of strategic investments and / or Value Stream continuous improvements. Ensures all stakeholders are appropriately informed and aligned to meet constituent needs (external and internal)

    This role will act as a key change agent for the business and is accountable for business decisions related to the planning, delivery and operational aspects of a strategic portfolio of investments as well as continuous value stream improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
    • 7+ years of related experience with 5+ years of experience working on large organizational projects
    • Experience working in business systems analysis or product ownership preferred
    • Experience working with technological development teams utilizing Agile methods; SAFe experience preferred

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels, including executives to analysts
    • Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
    • Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
    • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view

    This position is a Remote role. The employee must be located in any state in which Medica is an employer and will work remotely 100% of the time.

    The full salary range for this position is $85,000 - $145,700. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
