- Utilize various communication channels including email and software platforms
- Manage product deliveries to customers effectively
- Develop daily or weekly production schedules to meet manufacturing goals and customer delivery deadlines
- Analyze relevant data to create reports and optimize production schedules
- Facilitate the provision of materials and components necessary for production
- Communicate daily attainment data and weekly output reliability to the production team
- Maintain frequent communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize collected data to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to read and interpret various documents including purchase orders, job layouts, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
- Prior experience with Direct Mail, print design, and similar equipment is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential.
- Flexibility to work occasional shifts beyond regular hours to meet production requirements.
- General knowledge of printing, bindery, envelope, and mail services equipment
- Competence in using accounting software, logistics planning programs, word processing software, and manufacturing software
- Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems; experience with PrintStream ERP software is advantageous
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing groups of customers or employees
- Associate degree or higher is preferred, or a combination of education and experience
- Must be organized and have the ability to manage complex production schedules
- High level of attention to detail
