    What we're looking for:
    As Iodine continues to grow, we are in need of expanding our IT team in a fast paced environment. As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, you will be an important representative of the team as you will be the face of IT. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to help others, hungry for knowledge, seeks out problems to solve, and not afraid of a challenge.
    This is an on-site position.
    What you'll do:

    • Providing support to our internal customers
    • Resolving service incidents and requests
    • Managing user accounts, credentials, and permissions
    • Configure new-hire systems and processing offboard systems
    • Managing and maintaining IT inventory
    • Provide a/v support for conference rooms
    • Documenting existing processes and procedures
    • Updating IT systems and rolling out updates
    • Assist with project-related activities, working closely with other IT team members to deliver successful outcomes


    What we'd love to see:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
    • 2+ years of experience managing MacOS in an enterprise environment
    • 2+ years of experience managing Google Workspace
    • Hands-on experience with laptop, a/v, conference room support
    • Ownership mentality and the willingness to teach others
    • Drive for Customer Service excellence
