JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum second year students working towards Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
A strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently, yet interact closely with maintenance technicians, production crew and vendors.
Carlton forge works is seeking a candidate with strong cross functional team skills. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills required as well as mathematical, analytical, problem solving and organizations skills. Must be able to read prints and schematic drawing and have a working proficiency with solid works.Co/op Intern position will be flexible to work around breaks, weekly school schedule, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Co/op Intern position will be tasked with various short/long term projects to improve maintenance reliable programs. Intern will gain experience in equipment design, root cause analysis, trend analysis and process improvement activities within industrial setting.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19 to $22 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.
