    Job Description

    Our team provides direct-care services to individuals seeking outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment. We offer a range of programs, including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Services, Medication-Assisted Treatment, and more.

    We strive to meet each client where they are and develop personalized treatment plans for long-term recovery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead groups, individual, and family therapy sessions
    • Complete treatment plans, assessments, and discharge plans
    • Communicate with clients, families, and support systems
    • Provide interventions in community settings
    • Participate in treatment team meetings

    Requirements:

    • Licensed or certified in substance abuse counseling (LCAS or CADC)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Qualified Professional Status
