Description

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks including smoothies, according to club recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Operate sandwich press machine to heat items to order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refreshment and work area, including brewing equipment, countertops, and display cases.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Enter orders into POS system ensuring charges are properly billed to the member's account.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and member satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management, including monitoring supplies and notifying your supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience as a barista or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
