    This is a remote position.

    Our client partner, a specialist in Enterprise Software Consulting, is hiring a remote (US based) Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial ERP Product Consultant to support customers in their Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial ERP system.

    While this is a fully remote role, there will be approximately 25% travel across the US and candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and maintain a permanent US address.

    The Role:
    The Sr. Infor Syteline Product Consultant will:
    • Provide post sale business consulting and training support to customers using the Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial ERP product
    • Provide business process analysis and re-engineering as related to manufacturing standards
    • Project Management
      • Execution
      • Implementation
      • Documentation
    • End-user training
    • Test plan development and system testing
    • Reporting
    • 25-50% travel within the US; occasional International travel may be required


    Requirements

    Candidates must meet each of the following basic requirements in order to be considered for this role:
    • US Citizenship
    • Eligible to receive a Federal Security Clearance
    • 5+ years experience supporting manufacturing / distribution clients with the following tools:
      • Syteline 8 or 9
      • Infor
      • Infor CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
      • Infor CSI (CloudSuite Industrial)
      • Prophecy IoT
    • Certifications in the following:
      • APICS Certified (CPIM) Recommended
    • Completed Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, Science or another related field
    • Strong tenure - minimum 3 years per role
    • Strong Manufacturing industry experience
    • Resides in close proximity to an airport
    • Lives outside of California
    Required Professional Experience for this role includes:
    • Professional external consulting experience implementing forecasting, planning, and scheduling software products
    • Excellent analytical and written and verbal communication skills
    • MS Office Suite: MS Project, Excel, Access, Oracle/SQL (beginner level)
    • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
    • Strong customer service
    • Ability to work successfully across multiple projects simultaneously
    • 5+ years experience supporting client industries leveraging ERPs for forecasting, scheduling, planning, logistics, and manufacturing
    • Subject Matter Expert in finite scheduling, simulation, or solver-based optimization
