The

HPC Site Manager

will be responsible for managing and supervising all Osprey activities on site and uphold our reputation through excellent service delivery.

Using experience and expertise from construction, engineering, project management, operations coordination and technical heavy lift background to manage on-site activities successfully.

The

HPC Site Manager


is accountable for:
Main Site Contact –

be the site-based focal point for all operational requirements for the Long-Term Projects activity at Hinkley Point C. Support for Osprey Projects' site activities as required.
Planning

– participate in all relevant technical and operational planning meetings (internally and with the client) for any HPC site activity and create associated site planning to carry out works as required.
Engineering Documentation –

review provided engineering documentation and ensure all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
Site Activities –

ensure site presence during any Osprey activity (as required) and ensure activities are sufficiently resourced (both manpower and equipment) and planned with all internal stakeholders, HPC stakeholders and clients.

Site Management –

ensure that all engineering, contractual, site and project requirements are implemented and observed on site. Educating the wider team to raise awareness of the intricate complexities of the site dynamics.
Business Development Facilitation –

attend meetings and contribute to opportunity finding, by gathering insights and feeding back possible opportunities into the Senior Project Manager and Commercial Director/Integration Lead accordingly.

To also include showcasing the 'full Osprey package' on site to potential clients.
