    We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team specializing in quality for our Cummins Engine Components

    Supports Engineers in carrying out production-related and inspection jobs; assists in monitor materials quality in processing plants and making the required adjustments; Works under minimal supervision.

    Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
    Conducts simple tests (for example on electrical function, reliability, packaging quality).
    Provides product and component testing using a range of measurement equipment.
    Provides advanced programming, training, and operation of measurement and test equipment.
    Assists customers in understanding/interpreting product specifications and application of measurement data.
    Ensures proper maintenance and calibration of the measurement and test equipment.
    Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
    Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
    Decision quality - Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
    Chemical, Dimensional, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical and Radiation and Physical.
    Quality Process Management - Applies and manages methods (e.g. SPC, Capability studies, Layered Process Audit, inspection, test) to ensure quality of Cummins products, processes, and services.
    Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
    Preparation of monthly Quality report for VST.
    Coordinate & respond to customer complaints.
    Initiate root cause analysis & corrective action
    Coordinate supplier part inspection &sorting activity when required.
