    Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

    Location:

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide highquality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
    • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations.
    • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and postdischarge care.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid RN license to practice in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license.
    • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 30 days of hire.
    • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a highpressure environment.
