This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for assessing the needs of patients, the community and the hospital to develop and maintain long-term referral relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective tracking system for admissions from professional sources.
  
• Contact referral sources after admission to acknowledge receipt of information and provide relevant details; establish communication logs, obtain releases and distribute necessary data to these contacts.


• Answer specific requests made by referral sources regarding information or materials such as admission procedures, program descriptions, treatment plans etc.


• Prioritize business development opportunities through strategic planning and execution of events designed to attract new referrals. Maintain open lines of communication between hospitals/referral organizations with all stakeholders involved in patient care processes - focusing on creating mutually beneficial partnerships which yield higher census numbers at said facilities over time!

Educational Background:

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Marketing Business Social Work Psychology Counseling Family Science Health Care related fields preferably along side minimum three years' experience working
