Responsibilities
- Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained motivated empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
- Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards Provides regular feedback coaching on improvement conducts periodic inspections of the restaurant.
- Communicates all customer comments concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manage follows up ensure they handled timely effective way.
