    Title: Radiation Therapist
    Location: Baltimore, MD
    Duration: 14 weeks
    Shift: Day shift – 5x8 hours (08:00–17:00)

    Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills & Requirements

    The Radiation Therapist will provide radiation therapy treatments to patients across multiple age groups in an adult outpatient setting, supporting the oncology care team in treatment delivery, simulation, and planning processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience

    • ARRT (T) certification required

    • BLS certification required

    • Experience in teaching hospital environment required

    • Adult outpatient oncology experience required

    • Ability to treat a wide range of cancer diagnoses

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Cerner charting system

    • Community hospital experience

    • Leadership or charge experience

    • Brachytherapy and intracavity/interstitial treatment support

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Perform CT simulation, tumor localization, and treatment site setup

    • Deliver external beam radiation and advanced therapies (IMRT, SRS, SBRT, HDR, 3D)

    • Use imaging for treatment accuracy (CBCT, kV/mV imaging)

    • Assist with treatment planning using Eclipse (Varian) system

    • Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and chart checks

    • Follow radiation safety standards, isolation precautions, and PPE protocols

    • Assist with patient positioning, immobilization devices, and custom molds/shields

    • Support emergency cases and patient transfers as needed

    Equipment & Systems Experience:

    • Varian/Siemens CT Simulator

    • Varian TrueBeam and 21EX/IX units

    • ARIA / Varis record & verify systems

    • Vision RT positioning system
