    Our client is seeking an L&H licensed, dedicated, and proactive Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team.

    Qualifications

    • Active L&H License
    • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Group Benefits Associate (GBA).
    • Previous experience in employee benefits administration, consulting, or account management.
    • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in benefits administration software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related matters.
    • Understand clients' organizational culture, objectives, and employee demographics to tailor benefits solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and more.
    • Ensure benefit offerings align with clients' budget, industry best practices, and employee needs.
    • Analyze various employee benefits plans, comparing coverage, costs, and features to provide clients with data-driven recommendations.
    • Assist clients in making informed decisions about plan designs, contribution levels, and cost-sharing arrangements.
    • Stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations impacting employee benefits, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws.
    • Ensure clients' benefit programs remain compliant with all applicable regulations.
    • Lead and support open enrollment processes, coordinating communication, enrollment platforms, and employee education efforts.
    • Address employee inquiries, guide them through plan options, and facilitate smooth enrollment procedures.
    • Develop clear and effective communication materials to help employees understand their benefit options, coverage details, and enrollment procedures.
    • Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to educate clients and their employees on benefits-related topics.
    • Assist clients and their employees in resolving benefits-related issues, including claim disputes, coverage inquiries, and billing concerns.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to expedite issue resolution.
    • Collect and analyze benefits data to provide clients with insights into program utilization, cost trends, and employee satisfaction.
    • Develop reports and recommendations to help clients optimize their benefits offerings.
