- Set expectations with all clinicians and Clinical Leads that IHT will adhere to all elements identified in the IHT Compliance and Quality Program.

Summary of Primary Function/Scope:
The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care in the market assigned.
By leading, advising, and supporting all aspects of a clinician's clinical experience with IHT, all clinicians are well-prepared to drive patient outcomes.
Ensuring therapists are prepared through exceptional training and education, supported as they navigate the home health landscape and provide day-to-day patient care, and fully accountable for meeting IHT standards of quality and patient outcomes is the primary responsibility of the role.
Equally critical is consistent servant leadership/management of all assigned staff and collaborating with all Clinical Directors to ensure "one-company" clinical standards are implemented and maintained at the local level.
Reflecting the "clinical needs of therapists" and advocating for high-performing therapists across IHT is an ongoing aspect of the role.
The Clinical Director reports to the Regional Director.Essential Responsibilities (Details on accountabilities attached):
Serve as a RISE ambassador, communicating and educating all partners to the IHT commitment to Quality.
Lead and oversee the regional team of clinicians in embracing and acting in a quality mindset in all aspects of their role as treating clinicians.
Ensure every patient receives the quality care required in the services we deliver.Collaborate with the Compliance & Quality clinical team in investigations or reviews when addressing a potential violation.
Oversee Market QA audit process including communication with each clinician on findings/results and follow up with recognition, improvement plans, or education
Ensure therapists meet compliance regulations, quality patient care is delivered, and IHT quality patient care standards are met.
Oversee that pertinent clinical information/data is accurately documented and collected in accordance with IHT standards to demonstrate the need for therapy services and the outcomes achieved from our services.
Ensure new hires at 30/60/90 days are prepared, engaged, and completing visits at expected caseload targets.Serve as the primary resource for company and region-specific training and education for the market.
Execute performance management protocols for all therapists prioritizing those therapists that fall outside the acceptable rating range established and/or C-level performers for the discipline practiced.
Fulfill other roles and responsibilities as needed in alignment with the scope of the position.Represent clinical leadership to internal and external constituents to ensure operational and clinical excellence.
Manager Clinical Leads in each market to ensure therapists are supported and developed.
Act on escalated issues communicated from Clinical Support.
Education/Experience:
Current licensure to practice as a supervising Physical Therapist.
Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare preferred.
Three years of management/leadership experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
