    Responsible for guiding the global success of Dematics pallet conveying products and modules

    Understands the application needs and competitive conditions

    Set the strategy and define the roadmap and standards based on clear and actionable requirements and priorities

    Lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on internal and external customer demands

    Lead the organization to make strategic product decisions (global standardization and localization of production)

    Lead cross-functional teams from product's conception to Launch

    Act as the representative of your product and share vision, roadmaps roadshows with cross-functional partners and regions

    Formal Education:

    Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree preferred (Bachelors Degree or equivalent)

    Knowledge / Qualifications:

    3+ years Mechatronics experience (Mechanics + Controls)

    Experience in a technical/engineering industry, ideally in Application Engineering in the materials handling industry

    Experience with manufacturing and ordering processes a plus

    Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, with a collaborative style, and aptitude in team facilitation

    Strong communication, presentation and writing skills

    Experience in distributed work environments or international business setting
