Description
Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Robot Programmer and Weld Cell Operator Sedron Technologies designs and manufactures advanced water, and waste upcycling technologies that transform the paradigm of Waste Processing to Resource Recovery.
Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:
Strong mechanical aptitudeConfidence in using HMIs and robot/CNC controllersProgramming and troubleshooting of robotic arms both offline and on pendantsPlay a role in the development and implementation of training programs for the cellMaintain safety around robots, lasers, welders; use lock out tag out as appropriateMaintain accurate inventory counts and communicate with procurement and planning staffParticipate in development and continuous improvement of processesWork with quality program manager to maintain compliance with ASME pressure vessel codeRegular use of forklift and lifting devices to load, transport and manipulate partsMaintain, clean and organize work areasPrioritize critical path activities and manage multiple challenging deadlinesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and fabricators Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practicesDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain good attendancePerform other related duties as assignedThis position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role.Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
