- Build a culture of safety and drive to eliminate injuries.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in yield, scrap, productivity, on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory.
- Lead the drive for "first time right" quality and identify/implement cost savings initiatives.
- Manage and leverage capabilities and capacities between the manufacturing sites to gain efficiencies in productivity, quality and transportation.
- Implement systems to ensure consistency between sites and sharing of best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or other related field.May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
