Job summary
The Team Leader of the ChAMPS program answers the ChAMPS main hotline number to provide screening and assignment of cases to the program and its staff in accordance with best practice standards of the profession, contract/grant requirements, and all agency policy and procedures. This position provides back-up to the Clinical Manager and perform assigned administrative functions on behalf of the program.Responsibilities
- Report and provide back up and support to the Clinical Managers.
- Provide appropriate support to Crisis Specialist during deployments.
- Assist with training new staff and interns.
