- Experience with older adults and complex care a plus
- Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.

- Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.

With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Family Medicine - Templin Medical Center, in Wyandotte, Michigan.
Currently, this practice has 4 providers (3 physicians and 1 APP). Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.Henry Ford Health System, one of the largest and most comprehensive integrated U.S. health care systems, is a national leader in clinical care, research and education.
The system includes the 1,900-member Henry Ford Medical Group, five hospitals, Health Alliance Plan (a health insurance and wellness company), Henry Ford Physician Network, a 150-site ambulatory network and many other health-related entities throughout southeast Michigan, providing a full continuum of care.
With more than 30,000 employees, Henry Ford Health System is the fifth-largest employer in metro Detroit, and among the most diverse.
