- Deliver and remove lottery equipment from/to the retail site and alternate warehouse.
- Please make sure the Field Service box truck is maintained and clean.
- Verify that all delivery equipment is maintained and in working condition.
- Clean, inspect, repair, and prepare Lottery Vending Terminals for deployment.
- Collect, evaluate, and separate all parts dropped off by Field Service Technicians.
- Perform weekly inventory counts and prepare monthly reports on all FS inventory.
- Maintain parts inventory levels for service.
- Record and supervise all parts orders.
- Order parts for any project-related work.
- Capture and prioritize parts for any project-related work, including for 3rd party installers.
- Assist/Facilitate daily consumable shipments.
- Clean and repair lottery equipment as needed
- Perform warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety items

Physical Requirements - Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75lbs and maneuver machines up to 825lbs with assistance from industrial-grade lift apparatus
- Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record. Must be able to drive a 20ft box truck frequently; CDL is not required
- A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
- One or more years of related work experience
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others and the ability to maintain integrity in interactions with others
