Job summary
The Practice Assistant is responsible for all hospital and provider calls sent to appropriate secretary and/or provider. The role requires receiving messages for outside physician within a reasonable amount of time, collecting/distributing faxes throughout the day to appropriate personnel, pulling medical records, processing prescription refill requests, and other duties as requested.Responsibilities
