    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional tojoin our team as a Project Manager & Integration Manager, specializing inMergers and Acquisitions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leadingand coordinating projects related to business mergers, ensuring seamlessintegration and successful outcomes.

    Job Description:

    • Manage post-merger project lifecycles for mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to integration.
    • Manage end to end projects for complex strategic projects for BES North America.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, HR, and IT, to facilitate a smooth transition during mergers.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges during the integration process.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns proactively.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the integration process.
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to joinour team as a Project & Integration Manager. In this role, you will be supportingprojects related to business mergers and strategy implementation, ensuringseamless integration and successful outcomes.

    YOUR PROFILE

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in project management and mergers/acquisitions, with a focus on integration.
    • Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and legal considerations related to mergers and acquisitions.
    • 10+ Years Chemical distribution management experience
    • Commercial & Operations experience preferred.
    • AS400 ERP (BUS) Proficiency required.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
