- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room setting, assessing, prioritizing, and managing patients with acute conditions.
- Perform triage, prioritize patients based on urgency, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, start IV lines, and assist with various emergency procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, observe changes in their condition, and intervene as necessary.
- Accurately document patient information, assessments, and interventions in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Valid and current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
