- Conduct daily, thorough, engaging interviews while remaining people oriented to staff for more than 40 clients in Albany and surrounding areas.
- Vet potential team members in accordance with job specific requirements based on several industries.
- Manage assigned client accounts, including anticipating needs and driving results
- Possess experience in conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality. Possess the ability to have difficult conversations with team-members.
- Create accurate, detailed documentation of interviews and interaction with team members and potential team members
- Copy, scan and store/manage documentation of clients and team-members
- Drive sales for existing and future clients
- Possess strong attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple tasks
- Possess an extreme level of organization, both professionally and personally
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess self-awareness, and a relentless commitment to continuous self-improvement
- Possess the ability to commit to a flexible schedule, and comfortable with frequent change
- (Spanish) Bilingual highly Preferred
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Staffing/Recruiting
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's license
- Applicants must provide a current GCIC
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology (preferred but not required)
- Project Management Experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision
- Experience scheduling and planning
- This is a salaried position, 40+ hours weekly.
- Salary Range $46,000 to $50,000
- Typical hours are Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm some nights and weekends may be required depending on client needs.

Southern Point is now seeking exceptional candidates for an open Staffing Coordinator position. Must be able to work independently, and contribute to a productive, structured work environment. Proven work ethic and demonstrated abilities in Human Resources and client satisfaction will be requirements of this position. Experience in staffing, recruiting, job placement, and hiring procedures required. Applicants must be able to commit to a flexible schedule and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will be permanent following a 90-day probationary period.
