Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CRM manager who can immediately join the CRM team to play a major role in driving our strategy and corresponding technology stack to enable personalized marketing and marketing automation.Responsibilities
,- Act as primary business owner for customer database performance and data quality control. ,
- Serve as the primary business lead in conversations with our internal IT team and external marketing database and ESP vendors to ensure that our systems support our marketing and audience objectives. ,
- Lead partnership with IT in the development of tools, processes, and systems to further organization's data governance initiative. ,
- Act as a major stakeholder in developing the vision and action plan that delivers data-driven, personalized customer experiences.
