    Job Description:

    Seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Assistant that will play a vital role in patient care and collaborate with other clinicians to provide essential expertise of TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and ketamine treatments. This role will be integral to our patient's journey towards mental wellness and will work closely with our clinical staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform patient registration and scheduling
    • Instruct patients on treatments prior to administration
    • Take patient vitals during treatment
    • Perform general front office functions as needed
    • Assure smooth patient flow and completeness of procedures and tasks in a timely manner
    • Check supply and medication inventory and keep track of par and re-ordering levels
    • Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in psychiatric care
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program or equivalent work experience as a Medical Assistant preferred but not necessary.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
    • Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is a plus
    • Willingness to learn and receive additional training for therapies provided to patients
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients on a compassionate and empathetic l
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
