Job Summary: Under the direction of the Credentialing Manager, assist with credentialing tasks as described in the responsibilities below.

Position Title: Credentialing Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: Entry-Mid Level

Locations: Corporate- 1180 N. Town Center Drive, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89144

Salary Range: Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the Credentialing Administrative Support position would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks:

1. Perform monthly OIG checks
2. Communicate with providers regarding credentialing documents
3. Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
4. Linking new providers to the group (Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid)
5. Maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) compliance
6. Ability to take direction from the Credentialing Manager
7. CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) updates and builds (for new providers)
8. Assist with credentialing phone calls and follow-up
9. Update Reliant Master Spreadsheet
10. Conducting Google searches as needed
11. Special projects deemed necessary by the Executive Management Team

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2. Proven credentialing experience of over 1 year
3. Knowledge of PECOS/Noridian/NPPES and Nevada Medicaid
4. Experience in CAQH
5. Attention to detail
6. Above average customer service skill
7. Team player
8. Willing to accept feedback
9. Microsoft 365 knowledge (Teams, Outlook)
10. Preferred- experience in facility credentialing
