- Perform monthly OIG checks
- Communicate with providers regarding credentialing documents
- Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
- Linking new providers to the group (Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) compliance
- Ability to take direction from the Credentialing Manager
- CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) updates and builds (for new providers)
- Assist with credentialing phone calls and follow-up
- Update Reliant Master Spreadsheet
- Conducting Google searches as needed
- Special projects deemed necessary by the Executive Management Team

- Proven credentialing experience of over 1 year
- Knowledge of PECOS/Noridian/NPPES and Nevada Medicaid
- Experience in CAQH

- Microsoft 365 knowledge (Teams, Outlook)
- Preferred- experience in facility credentialing
