    As an Entry-Level Real Estate Attorney, you will have a key role in providing legal support and guidance in various aspects of real estate law. This opportunity is great for a recent graduate or new lawyer seeking to gain experience in real estate transactions, title research, tenant evictions, and drafting of legal paperwork.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on real estate laws, regulations, and past cases to offer accurate guidance and advice.

    2. Title Examination: Aid in examining titles to uncover any issues that might impact property ownership or deals.

    3. Tenant Evictions: Manage eviction processes, from preparing notices to representing clients in court hearings.

    4. Tenant Clauses: Create and assess tenant clauses in leases to ensure they meet legal standards and safeguard clients' interests.

    5. Legal Documentation: Prepare and review legal papers for real estate transactions, such as sales contracts and deeds.

    6. Client Consultation: Discuss real estate requirements with clients and offer legal advice tailored to their needs.

    7. Negotiation: Negotiate transaction terms for clients, aiming for favorable results.

    8. Legal Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities comply with state and federal laws.

    9. Spanish Language Skills: Utilize Spanish proficiency to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.

    10. On-Site Support: Provide legal assistance on-site as necessary, attending inspections, closings, and hearings.

    11. Case Management: Handle cases efficiently, managing tasks to meet deadlines and resolve legal issues promptly.

    12. Continuing Education: Stay informed about changes in real estate law through ongoing education and professional development.

    Education and Certificate Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar association.
    • Certificate or coursework in real estate law preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
    • Strong academic background with relevant coursework in real estate law.
