    Customer Service Inventory Specialist

    McGard LLC is seeking a highly talented and motivated Customer Service Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    About McGard

    We have been a trusted name in the automotive industry for over 50 years, specializing in manufacturing high-quality, precision-engineered automotive security products and components.

    Responsibilities:

    • Forecast and maintain all Customer Service inventory.

    Key Job Duties:

    • Evaluate customer needs and preferences to ensure effective inventory management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
    • Communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions.
    • Manage and execute daily tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Assist with annual inventory counting and reconciliation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
    • High school diploma or general education (GED).
    • One to three (1-3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Prior Customer Service skills.
