FirstFour Staffing is assisting a well-established Commercial Roofing client with their need for a Traveling Superintendent. This role, created by company growth, will be responsible for managing assigned crews to ensure that projects move in the proper direction safely and profitably.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading teams of 8-12 crew members, employees and subcontractors on project sites ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and with the quality and workmanship expected by industry standards
• Maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and morale within their projects
• Setting daily goals and standards for their team
• Holding teams accountable; measuring the progress of their crew toward the established quality, productivity, and safety goals
• Managing materials for projects from acquisition to completion
• Conducting inspections to ensure work complies with standards
• Coordinating with other trades
• Creating reports for the project manager on progress and changes in work
• Conducting project safety inspections of jobs

Experience/Skills:

• 5 years' experience overseeing commercial projects
• Commercial roofing experience highly preferred, but candidates with general construction experience will be considered as well
• Demonstrated leadership skills – experience leading crews of 8-12
• Conversational Spanish is required
• Must be available to travel
• Solid work history - Candidates must be able to provide verifiable references.

This direct hire role offers company truck, gas card, hotel expenses, meals per diem, cell phone, laptop, etc.

Base salary $85K to $95K with job bonus paid monthly - Annual earnings $100K to $110K PLUS
