    This role will be located at Discovery Land Company's Corporate Office in Beverly Hills, California.

    Discovery Land Company is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources Department.
    The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will support Discovery Land Company's Chief Human Resources Officer by facilitating efficient HR operations managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing administrative support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft and update Independent Contractor (IC) agreements for sales teams and senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate global HR meetings, including scheduling calls with the global HR team and ensuring distribution lists are current and up-to-date.
    • Assist in managing senior level investigations by taking detailed notes and compiling comprehensive statements, summaries, and reviews for thorough and organized data management in each case.
    • Review and process HR related invoices
    • Partner with the CHRO to manage and strategize the HR budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
    • Actively track and support the CHRO in addressing project-specific initiatives and issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
    • Oversee Human Resource Director (HRD) searches at various projects, while also developing new project checklists to streamline processes.
    • Generate ad hoc reports as required, ensuring accuracy and relevance to support decision-making.
    • Engage in special projects in direct collaboration with the CHRO, contributing to key strategic objectives.
    • Facilitate employee onboarding, new hire coordination, and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
    • Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee files, and internal company tools, keeping all employee information up-to-date and accurate.
    • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests related to HR functions, including on-boarding, benefits, employment, and payroll, to provide effective support.
    • Serve as the primary HR administrative point of contact for the corporate office, facilitating communication and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate effectively across various teams and departments to achieve initiatives, fostering strong partnerships and a cohesive approach to organizational success.
    • Assist with additional projects as requested.
    Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable, though comparable work experience will be considered.
    • Self starter; ability to work indepently without a great deal of supervision
    • A minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, preferably in Human Resources and preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
    • Experience with MS Office suite.
    • HRIS Experience; Workday experience desired.
    • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

    • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.

    Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 + Bonus
